Pacific Aerospace provides different return policies based off the type of transaction performed.

Outright Purchases:

For outright purchases (where the return of a core is not a part of the transaction) Pacific Aerospace offers the following return policy:

  • Requests for returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • All requests for returns must be submitted by email to repairs@pacific.aero no later than 14 days after delivery (as indicated by proof of delivery by courier).
  • All returns must be approved in writing.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery (as indicated by proof of delivery to courier).
  • All returns are subject to a minimum 25% Restocking Fee, in addition to any and all recertification fees
  • Returns must be in the same condition as shipped

Exchanges:

  • An Exchange is an agreement entered into by the customer and Pacific Aerospace. The agreement states that Pacific Aerospace will charge an exchange fee (usually 10% of the Outright Price) and provide the customer with a serviceable unit. In exchange, the customer is responsible for returning an identical part number (and either the same or different serial number originally provided) as a core within a designated period of time (as defined by the Exchange Agreement).
  • Any fees paid in relation to the exchange are non-refundable.
  • In the event the customer does not supply a suitable core return to Pacific Aerospace (suitable core returns include, but are not limited to, items that are economical to repair, are accompanied by appropriate quality control documentation, and is identical in part number and modification status as original part Pacific Aerospace supplied) within the specified amount of time, the Outright price (which is notated on the Exchange Agreement) will be charged to the customer.
  • In the event the unit Pacific Aerospace provides experiences a failure, the unit may qualify for a no-charge warranty repair if it meets the criteria specified by the company that certified the unit. For items that are certified by Pacific Aerospace, please refer to our warranty policy.

Certifications/Repairs/Overhauls:

  • For items that Pacific Aerospace certifies, repairs, or overhauls, our standard Warranty Policy applies.
